Always on the lookout for the next weirdest thing to add to her obituary, Kjersti goes through life with her heart on her sleeve, her head in the clouds, and a cat on her shoulders.

Her essays and photos have appeared in The Feminine Macabre, American Paranormal Magazine, Haunted Magazine, Wisconsin Frights, and lifestyle blog Sweatpants & Coffee.

She was the 1st place winner of Wisconsin District 35 Toastmasters "Tall Tales" state-wide storytelling contest in 2023. Her tours are educational, entertaining, and will inspire you to look at life (and death!) from a different angle.

With a foot in both worlds, Kjersti advocated for the continued research of the paranormal and leaving the world a little weirder than you found it.

I've called several haunted houses home. Each one has its own stories to tell. It's where my fascination with the strange began. The eerie sounds, the fleeting shadows—they pulled me in.

I've been fortunate to run theaters worldwide. Many of them? Haunted. One night in a vintage theater in Wisconsin, I decided to investigate. I brought in a paranormal team and a Medium. We sought answers to the mysterious happenings unfolding around us. As we explored the dark corners, the team revealed some unexpected residents, Al and Lou Ringling. Yes, the iconic brothers from the Ringling Bros. Circus. Alongside them, a ghostly opera singer lingered. And in a dressing room? A chilling sight—a hanged man.

Storytelling is my heartbeat. I've taught at the graduate level, sharing these spooky tales. I’ve even created haunted houses for charity across the US and Europe.

Each endeavor opened doors to new adventures and fresh stories. I’m a seeker of truth, whether it's rooted in reality or the supernatural. I'm driven to uncover what lies beneath. That's my mission.
